Assalamu alaikum

If you thought your wudu was sound and prayed and then after prayer remembered for sure with certainty that you had broken the wudu before the fajr prayer, then you pray the fajr prayer again - even if the time for fajr has finished when you remembered.  The general priniciple in fiqh states that the certainty does not get abandoned by mere doubt/thinking.

Even if the time for fajr finished when you remembered, that is the earliest that you could pray so you should pray when you remembered.

Wassalamualaikum

ps. At the moment, we are only asking people to ask questions about Ramadan and fasting issues.  Except in the new Muslim Support Groups section, we've got some questions related to the courses we're offering apart from Ramadan/fasting.  We hope at a later time, we will be able to answer other questions on forum perhaps but for now only Ramadan/fasting ....

For those who are in Brisbane, after my Fiqh class every friday night, people could ask any questions they like.  For people living in Melbourne, after our monthly talk on last sunday of every month at Maidstone Masjid (at 1pm), we do a very long question and answer session where people ask questions about any topic they like.  So please feel free to come then as those times are dedicated for other topics.
