We have other websites where we write about Fiqh and teach it. As for this section on this website, it is solely to write about classical and contemporary Fiqh matters that people disagree about and yet the issues are important. At times issues that pertain to life in Muslim minority and Western countries.
Most of these Fiqh differences are Ijtihad differences wherein Islam teaches us Muslims to not condemn whom we disagree with from among our fellow brothers & sisters; rather to respect them fully, while we aim to discover precisely what Allah showed us to do from his vast knowledge, deep wisdom and all encompassing mercy.
Our aim thus is to discover as best as we can what Allah wants for us to live by it and benefit from a life based on Allah’s wisdom, knowing at the back of our mind that this is our best effort and sometimes we maybe wrong and the other opinion maybe stronger and correct.
So, please remember this section is for us to seek to find the most accurate way of life & practices (fiqh) that Allah showed us in difficult issues, and Islam does not allow us to condemn others who understand the same texts differently in such valid Ijtihad issues. We pray Allah helps us all everyone of us to live more and more by His wisdom and guidance, ameen!
